01Is FamVio free?+

Yes. FamVio has a free standard plan. Plus and Premium subscriptions are available for family sharing and additional paid features.

02How can I add family members?+

Family workspaces require an active Plus or Premium plan. Family managers can invite adults by email and create child accounts from the family management page.

03How do I sign in?+

You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. Child accounts use the family login details created by a family manager.

04Can I control notifications?+

Yes. FamVio supports push and email notification settings, quiet hours, and morning update preferences.

05How is my data protected?+

FamVio uses authenticated Firebase services, security rules, App Check and encrypted transport to help protect your information.

06How can I delete my account?+

Delete your account from the profile page inside FamVio. If you need help, email support@famvio.com.

07Which devices are supported?+

FamVio is designed for iOS and Android phones and tablets.

08How do I manage a subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed through the store where the purchase was made. Use your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to manage, cancel, or restore a purchase.
